And yes, he certainly received some not nice comments there - hopefully he takes the positive ones, and doesn't let the others hurt his self esteem. Revisiting Tom's blog, I see that he just turned 16 on Saturday, which is why it looks like there's some confusion over his age. I think he handled the aftermath of this really well. I hope he walks away from this with something positive out of the experience. Some of the folks who commented were on the brutal side.
