I think it’s more likely that somebody kept that clip because of what Kevin Rudd did, possibly for the sheer entertainment value.

Of course the fun thing about backbenchers is that one day they might be frontbenchers, and these videos are invaluable political fodder.

I’m currently trying to track down a radio recording of Peter Costello singing Abba’s “Money, Money, Money” live to air a few years back.
